Rich is also a commercial and consumer arbitrator listed on the panels of the American Arbitration Association and the affiliated International Center for Dispute Resolution. Rich has arbitrated complex commercial matters and has chaired and served on three-arbitrator panels involving contract disputes, professional malpractice, and statutory actions subject to arbitration. Rich has also served as volunteer arbitrator for the Wilem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration competition for advanced college students, helping prepare the next generation of attorneys.

Rich has successfully represented CEOs, executives, national energy companies, financial advisors, and traders in disputes involving executive compensation, including sale bonus disputes, breach of employment agreements, and incentive plan disputes.
